Looking for the Light: Epiphany. Come join us for an evening of devotion and insight as we practice the fastest growing form of yoga for everyone – chair yoga. Cindy Senarighi of White Bear Lake is an ordained ELCA pastor and founder of Yogadevotion, a company with a mission to “share God’s presence and love through the practice of yoga.” She will share how yoga, when properly understood, goes beyond the physical to engage all we are: body, mind and spirit. Yoga is about the breath. And, when we connect the breath with the body in our devotional time, it becomes a God breathed experience of God’s Promised Presence. We will conclude our evening with time to share in fellowship with one another.
