High Seas Expedition Vacation Bible School is August 2-6 for kids turning 3 year olds – 7th grades. The Uncharted Youth, 5th-7th graders, do a super cool youth program. We have room in the afternoon session for kids of all ages of from 1:30-4:30 p.m. Friends are welcome too! To register click on the Summer Ministries link on the Children & Family page.
Just do it! 5th Annual OSLC Family Camp August 26-29, 2010
Sign up for a fantabulously fun family weekend! Join us for the at Whitewater State Park. Camp in a tent or camper; we’ll all be in electrical sites so the group can be together. There is a variety of organized activities but also plenty of time for spontaneous fun. Friday night is movie night; we share a potluck meal together on Saturday night and worship together Sunday morning before a pancake breakfast. There’s time each day for your family and friends to explore the park, go swimming, biking, campfires, hiking or geo-caching, catch a nap, organize the world’s largest game of tag – whatever!. Are your kids signed up for fall Children Ministry Classes?
Please take 2 minutes to register your child for Sunday School, Club 56 and WAVE. You do need to register if you participated this year!
Things to Note:
- Education options are open to children who will be 2 years of age on or before September 1, 2010 through 6th grade. Classes run Sept- May 2011.
- You have 3 options to choose from: Sundays at 9:15 or 10:30 AM or Wednesdays at 5:30 PM.
- Please note that at least 2 age categories will display for your child, as some kids enter a grade earlier or later than normal. Choose the class for your child that corresponds with the age they will be as of September 2010 or grade they will be in if school age.
- If you haven’t already used our online registration system, you will need to setup a household account before registering your kids. If you’re family has used our online system, just go back in with your user name and password. To Register: Go to www.oslcstillwater.org, click on Returning Family or New User on the Home Page.
- You will get a confirmation email shortly after you register.
- Priority placement is given to families who teach or serve on the team!

Consider serving as one of the 100+ people on our team who love Jesus and kids; and make Sunday School, Club 56, and WAVE happen. Co-teaching positions are available for classes age two through five and for CLUB 56, as well as small group leaders for 1st -4th grade (no weekly prep for small group leaders) on Sundays at 9:15 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. or Wednesdays from 5:30-6:30 p.m. September through May. Training and curriculum provided; nursery available. We even have a great substitute list so you can be gone and know your class is in very good hands, or YOU could serve as a sub! Teaching isn’t your gift, but you like to organize, shop or can lead music? We have some positions that are behind the scenes, like the Bucket Brigade, WAVE Supper Team, or you could help lead preschool music.
