Welcome to this gathering of worship on this longest day of the year (and hopefully the sermon won’t seem this way!). If Christ has made us sons and daughters, then we are brothers and sisters in faith. May God draw us together as one and send us out refreshed. Again, welcome.

The flowers on the altar today are given by Ron and Jean Schad in celebration of their 55th anniversary. Congratulations!
Today we welcome Rafe Patrick O’Hara into the Kingdom of God through the Sacrament of Holy Baptism! Rafe is the son of Kammi & Brandon O’Hara. His sponsors are Nicole Harvieux and Eric Granquist. Rafe will be baptized at the 9:30 am service.
SummerSong worship on Thursday evenings: If you're leaving town for a weekend getaway, or simply want to enjoy a relaxed midweek worship service in the sunshine, join us for SummerSong. We gather on the back lawn at 6 pm on Thursday evenings for a reverent but casual service, which lasts about 30 minutes. Kids can play in their parents' view at the playground, and everyone enjoys the treats of Pastor Popsicle after the worship has ended.
NEXT SUNDAY: Worship in the Park and Congregational Picnic — Join us next Sunday, June 27 at Lakeside Park in Bayport, MN for the annual event. Worship outdoors at 9:30 am, followed by congregational picnic. Hotdogs, buns, chips, beverage, and tableware provided. Bring chairs or blankets to sit on and a dish to share (salads, desserts, etc.) In case of rain, worship & picnic will be held at the church.
Summer Stretch — Free Car Wash! Summer Stretch youth are providing car washes on Wednesday mornings from 9:30 am to 11:15 am on June 23 and 30, and July 7 and 14. The car wash is located in the parking lot at Trinity Lutheran Church. Who can get their car washed? Senior citizens, but all are welcome!
June Summer Kids Programs Start Tomorrow! If your kids are registered….Please come dressed for action! Camp runs from 9 am to noon. Bring a water bottle if you are participating in SportsLife Camp. For the safety of children, parents will need to come into the building to pick up kids. If you have kids in both programs, please get your preschooler first.
· Sonshine Club – (3-6 year olds) Check in begins at 8:45 am in the Children’s Gathering Area
· SportsLife Camp – (1st-6th grade) Check-in begins at 8:45 am, enter at drive through doors
Help equip the ship! We are collecting supplies we need for VBS! Take a ship donation tag from the Children’s Ministry VBS display. Return the item with the ship tag taped to it to Terri Green.
Kids, don’t miss the boat! Register by July 1 online! High Seas is August 2-6 for kids turning 3 year olds – 7th grades. The Uncharted Youth, kids who have just finished grades 5-7, do a super cool youth program. We have room in the afternoon session for kids of all ages from 1:30-4:30 pm. Friends are welcome too! Are your kids registered for fall Children Ministry Classes? Please take 2 minutes to go online and register your child for Sunday School, Club 56 and WAVE. You do need to register if you participated this past year!
· Education options are open to children who will be 2 years of age on or before September 1, 2010 through 6th grade. Classes run Sept-May 2011.
· You have 3 options to choose from: Sundays at 9:15 or 10:30 am or Wed. at 5:30 pm.
· Please note that at least 2 age categories will display for your child, as some kids enter a grade earlier or later than normal. Choose the class for your child that corresponds with the age they will be as of September 2010 or grade they will be in if school age.
· If you haven’t already used our online registration system, you will need to setup a household account before registering your kids. If your family has used our online system, just go back in with your user name and password. To Register: Go to www.oslcstillwater.org, click on Returning Family or New User on the Home Page.
· You will get a confirmation email shortly after you register.
· Priority placement is given to families who teach or serve on the team!

By the Numbers …. Every morning in the coming week, kids will dribble, kick, dive and roll in the CLC and on our field. It’s the annual SportsLife Camp at Our Savior’s. How great is that!
