Supper 7 is a casual supper with 5-7 friends that get together for 3 or 4 meals throughout the year. It is a way to meet new friends from our congregation over a meal and conversation. It is open to singles and couples. The meal is pot luck with everyone contributing to the meal. If your group would rather meet in a restaurant with each participant paying for their own meal, that works too. Sign-up at the Welcome Desk. Questions? Contact Sandy Fabio at 651-439-9773 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Sign up will close Sept 30.
The Book of the Month Club will meet on Monday, September 24th at 1:00 pm to discuss “Being Mortal” by Gawande. Hope to see you there.
Valley Outreach Undie Campaign! Valley Outreach is in need of new, in-the-package socks and underwear for men and women. Boxers are a favorite and always get snagged before the briefs. Last year, Valley Outreach received more than 6,800 items through this event. This year, they are on track to give out 15,000 pairs of socks and underwear! It’s a contest again this year! A receptacle will be placed in the Gathering Area for OSLC members to drop off their donations. Final day to drop off items at OSLC will be October 14. Thank you!

All Worship Sunday and Potluck Brunch — On Sunday, October 7, there will be only one worship service at 9:30 am followed by a potluck brunch hosted by our PEP Group. The transition team heard many comments about the feeling that there are three separate worship communities at OSLC. This is an opportunity to come together for worship and fellowship! Please sign-up at the Welcome Desk if you plan to attend.
